What we measure, how, and what we refuse to publish.
The definition lives in the code, versioned. This page reads it; it does not paraphrase it.
Measure
in-store sales of the transferred pieces within 30 days of real reception, capped at the units received.
Window
30 days after the goods actually arrived — not after the transfer was created. Open windows are excluded: the figure would climb on its own.
Valuation
at the price actually collected over the window, discounts included — and never above catalogue. A valuation correction can only lower the figure.
Levels
certain, probable, assisted — shown apart, never added. “Certain” counts only the sales of sizes that were at zero before the transfer: impossible without it.
Never counted
open windows, the estimated potential of declined lines, and transfers whose origin is not the warehouse — moving stock from one store to another creates no unit.
Published
nothing aggregated outside the app until ≥ 10 merchants contribute to it — a clause of the data processing agreement. Below it, the app says so instead of a number. The public proof page obeys the same rule: it is a method, not a destination.
Journal
every suggestion, with what was decided and what it produced — open in the app to everyone, always. It is how you check our figures without taking our word for it.
Definition
