Allocator does not collect customer personal data from Shopify. Store data (inventory, sales aggregates, allocation history, in-store restock requests) is automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after the app is uninstalled, when Shopify sends the shop/redact compliance webhook.
Two minimal records survive that deletion, because they are its only proof: one line per purged store (a one-way fingerprint of the store domain, plus timestamps) and the identifier of each compliance webhook already applied. The store domain itself is not kept in readable form. Both are described in section 7 of the privacy policy, and both can be erased on request.
While the app is installed, data is not kept indefinitely either: each category has its own retention window, listed in section 6 of the privacy policy.
